Civil Litigation

Civil litigation is the legal means by which two or more parties resolve their differences or claims in the court systems of the state or the federal government.  The resolution is to find a  redress “remedy” for the party or parties (Plaintiffs) that believe they have been wronged by the other party or parties (Defendants).  The redress for a wrong is usually in the form of a money award.  In some cases, the redress is to have the Defendants perform a specific action to make the plaintiff whole again.

Here at The White Law Group, our civil litigation team concentrates on representing those persons who have been wronged by another person, business, or corporation, or group.  We strive to make each client’s litigation experience as smooth and stress free as possible.
